i3-Technologies believes that our customers should receive the best experience with all our products. In the cases where this does not happen, we want to ensure that our customers have a minimum interruption.
During the warranty period, i3-Technologies will at its discretion, replace (using new or refurbished products) or repair the faulty product at its own cost. If the product is being replaced, the faulty unit should be returned to an i3-Technologies allocated facility within 30 days of the replacement unit being delivered, otherwise, it may be invoiced.
i3-Technologies will not pay for shipping, insurance, or transportation costs to our allocated facilities or pay import fees, taxes or duties.

The customer supplies pictures of the projector filters, serial number, and lamp hours directly to the i3-Technologies via email at info@i3-technologies.com.
Once i3-Technologies has approved the proof, the Customer sends the faulty lamp to their Reseller (or place of purchase), who will supply a replacement lamp, and return the faulty lamp to i3-Technologies. Please note that Customers are advised to always keep a spare lamp in stock.
You can register your product for an extended warranty if you are an educational institution. If you are a corporate institution, please contact your reseller.
Please note that the warranty extension must be registered within 30 days after delivery of the i3 product.
